Abito Salvatoré is the main character of The Dawn of Amalgamation, surviving in Arcana, a land inside the world of Evanon where humans are super rare and mostly looked down on. He started out as a quiet, antisocial kid drowned in insecurity, spending years being underestimated by everyone around him. But after going through absolute hell, Abito grew stronger and more self assured. Now he's a confident, magnetic, and dramatic leader who uses his power to protect the weak. He's a total diva who loves going on shopping sprees, but he's still got that quiet side to him that loves to read old fiction books.
Life in Arcana was never easy for him. Things turned traumatic when he was just five years old, witnessing his mother’s murder right in front of him. Sent to an orphanage, Abito was treated like a total outcast until the owner noticed how much he looked like her late son. She took pity on him, leading to him being pulled straight into the hidden world and secrets within the orphanage and the corrupt politics of their modern world.

Abito's name comes from the Spanish word for habit, 'habito', which is a nod to his original trait of having OCD. I originally designed him to bare the never ending habits or "rituals" of a person with OCD (much like myself). I later scrapped that Idea. His initial design was inspired by tigers in celebration of the year of the tiger in 2022.
