Cassian is the deuteragonist of The Dawn of Amalgamation. He's a young vampire who hasn't been turned cold or cynical by centuries of supernatural politics like the rest of his kind. He's charming, gentlemanly, and sometimes a flirt. Of course, being a vampire means Cass comes from massive generational wealth, however, he prefers to live a little more humbly than his blood loving kin.
Growing up as the only son of an esteemed, centuries old vampire clan leader, Cassian was completely bored with life. Having everything handed to him made him constantly wonder when something, anything, interesting would actually happen. Nothing was a challenge, but that chance came when he was recruited by an undercover organization to tear down a corrupt blood and human trafficking ring. To make things even better, he gets paired up with the once quiet human he briefly met back in his childhood.

Cass wants to help Abito and the rest of the team take down the human trafficking ring and be of use for how ever long he is needed. He also wants to be able to live a life where he can be happy and not have to worry about the politics of the supernatural world.

Secret: He has a big fat crush on Abito but can't say it outright.
